computer input units lesson 1

Hello my friends from all the world , I created this blog to help all my friends that have a little knowledge about computer .I will explain to my friends all things about computer .Don't worry I will explain from the begging with zero- level computer .After you follow my lessons , I believe you will be professional in few months. My dear friends please help me to share this lessons for all your friends .We don't want anyone to feel sad because he isn't know any thing about computer .Thank you my friends ,Now let's begin our lesson .

Computer Components

Computer Components is divided into two parts:

• Hardware components
• Software components

Now let's explain each part in details, we will begin with the first part now.

Computer Hardware Components

Physical units is any molecule that is tangible and visible in the computer or connected to the computer. Physical units are divided into three sections, called:

• Input units
• Output units
• CPU means central processing units

Don't worry my friends i will explain every part in details, so let's begin with input units.

Input Units

Namely those devices and units responsible for data entry and various programs for the device. These units examples like :

• Keyboard
• Mouse
• Scanner
• Microphone
• Digital Camera
• Disk Drives

Now you understand what is the input units and what is the function of it .Let's explain in details what is the input units components and what do every component in computer .

Keyboard

The keyboard is one of the most important units of data entry for computer. And use the keyboard to enter data from letters and numbers. The keyboard contains the following:

• Switches characters and symbols like (1,2,3,a,b,c,!,@,#,$,%,....,etc )
•  Number pad keys used to enter numbers and calculations.
• Arrow keys, which are used to move the cursor of writing.
• Shift (Shift) used to enter characters and symbols written highest buttons writing has other uses.
• Keys change language (Alt + Shift). Terms used keys (Alt + Shift) in the right side of the keyboard to change the writing language to English. The keys (Alt + Shift) in the left side of the keyboard Fertilizer writing language to English.

 Mouse

Is a unit of computerization and mouse has two buttons left and right. The button is located in the middle of some species. When you move the mouse pointer moves the mouse in all directions on the screen and is in the form of shares. And mouse has three uses:

• signal (Pointing) so that you can refer to anything on your screen
• Selection (Selection) by clicking the left mouse button while the signal on a certain thing on the screen.
• (Move) constantly pressing the left button of the mouse to drag the thing that you want to move to a new location and this process is called drag and drop (Drag and Drop).
• Right click used to show the properties of the file, if you want to make rename of file or delete and other functions.

Scanner

The scanner is one of input unit computerization and is connected to the computer to upload images and graphics of all kinds so you can see it on the screen and re-use and change.

Microphone

 Is also a unit of computerization and is used in the input sounds so that you can enter and record your voice or some talks or lectures.

Digital Camera

Is also a unit of computerization and you can connect it to computer to enter photos taken so you can watch them on the screen and change.

Disk Drives

You can enter data via floppy discs floppy disk and CD-ROM, CD ROM and digital DVD discs
